Can I have a toilet and/or kitchen in my garden room?
Yes, however we would need a plumber to ensure that all necessary openings are in place, to be able to connect the required services. This would be at an additional cost.
Can I have dividing walls / separate rooms?
Yes we are able to install partition walls but would only recommend this for larger builds.
Can I have underfloor heating?
Yes we can install this but it would be at an additional cost.
Can you create me a completely bespoke garden room?

Can you design my garden room as a custom shape?
Yes, our bespoke builds can be any shape you wish. Please get in touch for a free design consultation to discuss your requirements.
Do I need to get planning permission?
As our standard buildings are under 2.5m high externally, planning permission is not normally required. The only exception here would be if you live in a listed building.
Do I need to remove trees and shrubs before my design consultation?
As long as our team are able to get to the boundaries to measure up then there would be no need to remove any trees or shrubs prior to the consultation.
Do you offer electrical connection from my house to my garden room?
We can provide this connection from your house to your garden at an additional cost.
Does my quote include VAT?
Yes all our quotes are inclusive of VAT.
Do you supply CAD design drawings?
Yes we can provide this after the design consultation has been carried out.
Do your garden rooms come with a guarantee?
Yes we provide a 10yr structural guarantee.
Do your garden rooms come with heating?
Yes we provide an oil filled, wall hung radiator with each of our builds.
